Article 3, Law no. 5/2009, comma 4-ter refers to network agreements which relates to co-operation between firms. The network is set up as a plurilateral agreement (1420) whereby two or more firms undertake to setting up a common organisation with the aim of exercising a common economic activity that falls within the realm of the social objectives of each individual firm and whose main aim is to increase innovative capacity and market competition.
