The group-analitic metapsychology, inseparable from the theory of the group process, had a first elaboration as form of epistemologic-clinical thinking concerning the individual-group dynamics. The relationship between individual and group is similar to the one between psychic apparatus and subjectiveness. The epistemologic- clinical problem related to the individual-group dinamics as general procedure of analysis is divided into three disciplines: psychoanalysis, grouppsychoanalysis and group-analysis. The group-analysis can be considered as analitic psycotherpy, where the setting is a matrix which stresses and brings up the elaboration and modification of ethiopatogenetic conditions.

Keywords: Metapsychology, group-analysis, transfert, inside world, interior world, objects-self, object-relation.
