Changes in the labour market in Rome between crisis and reform. 2008-2010: a difficult period - This research report provides a reading of the labour market changes that have occurred in recent years in Rome. It concerns the dynamics of employment, the needs of enterprises, the development of the contractual arrangements and instruments for use in looking for work. It follows a complex and partly contradictory frame, that it’s necessary to face with a new model for manage labour market. By this aims the research examines the institutions and services for business, proposing a model of integration and collaboration between dozens of players and instruments that work in this area and can give landmarks to citizens and companies to overcome the current crisis.
