Psychoanalytic insight and social work: some possible transitions - Psychoanalysis can be a useful point of view to read social FACTS, because it seeks to bridge the gap between the psychic and the social and keep together such different dimensions of reality. A psychoanalytic approach enables the social worker to master complex emotional situations by interpreting them in term of countertransference.
