Today’s agriculture is often marginal compared to other activities, but this "marginal", is not "exclusion", when it is taken as a positive value and managed acutely, and it can become "typicality". Investing in marginal and typical agriculture, directed towards reciprocity, means, therefore, not only provide stability to agricultural enterprises, but also make sure that new generations to ensure the safekeeping of the land and the quality of the productions.
