The experts have shown the importance of social determinant for health. People in need are more vulnerable because they meet more frequently social risks and have less social resources for dealing them. The social vulnerability affects the health through a multifactorial process. Exposure to risks, stress, social evaluative threats, low social cohesion are related each other and with social inequality.
