A disciple and his supervisor during the supervision recall, through a narration of mental states, emotional situations and intense past experiences the way that leads to the symbolic transformation of fragmented and traumatic experiences of the patient. They try to build a bridge between concreteness and symbol, integrating mechanisms of transference and counter transference into a dual container, making the processes thinkable as they show up and giving sense to the temporal synchrony that made content and shape of the thoughts inseparable for a while, both in the therapist and in the patient. The field of thought expands and investigates the therapeutical potential of new approaches in the enlarged field patient-therapist-supervisor.
