The author’s intend is to reflect on psychoanalitic psychoterapy contribution to understand panic, when acute and intense, called panic lived, with the description of two cases observed in emergency room, and later reflecting on nature and main features of the psychotherapic relation for one patient with panic desorder, called panic told.
