Infodemic: Hints to understand a new phenomenon. The Covid-19 pandemic has been ac-companied by an infodemic that makes it difficult to find reliable information and the adoption of appropriate behaviors. The article takes into consideration the three main components of the infodemic: conspiracy, media misconduct and bad (or totally absent) institutional com-munication.
