The article analyses the matter of removal minor from the origin family; it’s a complex question because it is governed by heterogeneous legal system: the national system, the European Union system and of larger Council of Europe. The research aims to grasp the evolution of institution of adoption through interpretation of the right to family life by article 8 of the Convention for the safeguarding human rights and fundamental freedoms.
