L’article vise à rendre compte de plusieurs contributions sociales recourant à la médiation artistique (photographie et théâtre) présentées dans le cadre d’un con-grès international francophone de travail social. Eclairée par une perspective esthétique sociale, les analyses proposées s’intéressent plus précisément au po-tentiel qu’offrent ces projets en termes de développement de l’agentivité des us-ager·es qui s’y engagent. With the intention to investigate the role of photography in addressing social issues and the function that exhibitions play as an engine of collective action, the research focuses on the analysis of Deanna Dikeman’s exhibition Leaving and Waving. The photo reportage of nintyeight photographs was conducted over twentyseven years, through which the artist portrayed her parents at the moment of saying goodbye. This is a creative way that captures ageing, death, family bonds, generational relationships, greetings. The study was conducted by administering semi-structured anonymous questionnaires to visitors of three exhibitions in Italy (Campobasso, Rome, Verona) from February until June 2022. The study addresses the role of new social practices and associations, considering family ties in relational and socio-relational Welfare. The social as such is intended strategically to promote individual and collective well-being through artistic expression.
This paper regards photography and defines its social function as an enabler in expressing and communicating a community’s needs, resources, desires and reporting events, focusing on photovoice projects. Photovoice is a qualitative action research method used in community-based participatory frameworks to promote the exploration of relevant topics and the surfacing of issues and resources. The topic exploration was conducted through desk research and online outsourcing of information. The research describes photovoice implementation processes in the Mediterranean and the Western Balkan region with various targets, mainly on climate change, and migration and wellbeing, where applicable. The study defines the barriers and drivers in the implementation of Photovoices initiatives, focusing on analysing the implementation processes of the most fitting projects collected, four from each selected macro area. Further, the research collects good and best practices to provide suggestions for future Photovoice initiatives and starting points to be explored and deepened in future research and analysis activities. Finally, the study assesses, where possible, the target groups and community level of engagement in the activity. After analysing the eight projects, the paper recommends the usage of Photovoice as a tool to tackle climate change, migration consequences and wellbeing, mental health and human rights topics, since it provides data as well as awareness, engagement, and empowerment.
The connections between sport and art have long been evident. In the ancient Olympics art and education played an important role within the holistic development of the mind and body and in the pursuit of physical, social, and educa-tional excellence. Art provided a connection between sport and the community. These connections are present today and reflect the tangible and intangible as-pects of the modern mega-event. This paper will outline some of the participatory practices connected with art, sport and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and Para-lympic Games and reflect on art as a means of engaging the community with the event. Reflected in the sport vs art dichotomy, positive and negative legacies as-sociated with the Olympic Games are not merely competition based but reflect the myriad interactions of the host and international community with the event.
Cultural welfare is an instrument of social cohesion which, using cultural forms, fights inequalities and focuses on health promotion. It is a model for developing individual and community well-being and enhancing bottom-up practices. Festivals generate socio-cultural impacts on the territory and on citizens, acting as moments of inclusion and participation, and offering spaces for innovation. Festivals can therefore be tools for creating cultural welfare, triggering processes of social innovation in communities, breaking down some social barriers, improving people’s well-being, and enlivening spaces not usually used for cultural activities. This theoretical work does not want to be a systematic review of the existing literature, but a starting point for the analysis of festivals as instruments of cultural welfare.
Il contributo teorico proposto pone l’accento su come le arti contemporanee sono ricettive delle problematiche sociali e agiscono negli spazi urbani e istituzionali, in particolare in quelli segnati dall’emarginazione, per immaginare nuovi scenari di vita nell’ottica dell’inclusione e della sostenibilità. Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR) e welfare culturale possono consentire di coltivare profonde capacità umane e relazionali, ponendo al centro dell’attenzione sociale l’inclusione, la sostenibilità e il benessere. Sfida non facile.
Literature underscored that parenting and co-parenting are both important for children’s adjustment. Although the spillover hypothesis had explained associations between co-parenting and parenting, the relationship between co-parenting and dysfunctional parenting is a topic worthy of exploration. This systematic review aims to analyze the relationship between co-parenting and dysfunctional parenting to better understand the state of the art of literature. The two databases used were: The EBSCOhost Research Database to locate stud-ies in APA PsycArticles, APA PsycInfo, and MEDLINE and SCOPUS. One hundred fifty papers published between 2004 and 2022 were detected. After duplicate removal, screening, and eligibility assessment, 15 articles were selected. The reviewed articles showed associations between co-parenting and some forms of dysfunctional parenting, such as coercive or harsh parenting, psychological control, and child abuse potential. These studies emphasized that conflictual co-parenting relationships could spill over into parent-child relationships, increasing dysfunctional parenting. This review reinforced the im-portance of developing other empirical studies that would explore the effects of conflictual co-parenting on dysfunctional parenting.
La tutela dei minori, il rispetto dei loro diritti, la prevenzione ed il riconoscimento di even-tuali abusi subiti costituiscono un terreno in cui l’impegno dei professionisti sanitari (pedia-tri e psicologi in particolare) assume un ruolo importante. Attraverso la recente introduzione nell’ordinamento universitario della laurea abilitante per gli psicologi, rivestono un ruolo determinante gli aspetti della formazione professionale degli stessi psicologi e la opportunità che, a partire dagli anni dell’università, gli studenti siano guidati a condividere le competen-ze e le esperienze dei professionisti, dei Servizi e delle Istituzioni coinvolti nella tutela dei minori e delle loro famiglie.
L’autore propone che i percorsi formativi per il lavoro psicologico nell’area della tutela all’infanzia maltrattata siano nettamente differenziati sulla base degli obiettivi, qui riassunti in obiettivi di salute ed obiettivi di giustizia. Si riconosce la imprescindibilità di ogni lavoro psicologico in tale area da quanto deciso in ambito giudiziario, ma si propone di leggere il rapporto con gli organi giudiziari distinguendo nettamente quanto può essere ricondotto a finalità di giustizia (giudici richiedenti, CTU, CTP) da quanto riconducibile a finalità di sa-lute (giudici invianti).
Il presente contributo prende spunto dall’articolo bersaglio di Santo Di Nuovo sulla forma-zione degli operatori psicologi impegnati nel campo della tutela ai minori, soprattutto alla luce della riforma “abilitante” delle Lauree Triennali e Magistrali in Psicologia. I riflessi del-la riforma suscitano diverse considerazioni riguardanti sia la struttura dell’offerta formativa sia le modalità di gestione delle attività pratico-valutative previste dalla revisione dei piani di studio. Ci si soffermerà dunque soprattutto sulla formazione di secondo livello, quella mag-giormente interessata dal dispositivo della riforma, articolando le considerazioni sia sugli insegnamenti e i temi che possono essere ritenuti nodali per un/a professionista psicologo/a che si occuperà di protezione dell’infanzia e dell’adolescenza, sia su alcune proposte perché le linee guida dell’organizzazione del Tirocinio Pratico Valutativo possano essere declinate – entro i gradi di libertà determinati dalla normativa – in modo da rappresentare una reale opportunità di primo ingaggio operativo “sul campo” da parte dei laureandi magistrali.
Il Garante regionale per l’Infanzia e l’Adolescenza declina molta della propria attività nell’ambito dei servizi di tutela minori, a tal proposito, anche grazie al fatto che sempre più questa figura va emancipandosi da prospettive operative e sguardi prettamente giuridici, appare fondamentale oggi comprendere, da questo particolare punto di vista, quali siano eventuali punti di forza e punti di debolezza riscontrabili nella preparazione degli operatori che vi lavorano, in particolare degli psicologi. A partire dall’importanza rivestita da una cultura dei diritti umani per la comprensione e l’interiorizzazione dei principi etici e per l’agire deontologicamente corretto, passando per il rapporto delle professioni con i vincoli giuridici e burocratici che ne definiscono la soggettività giuridica, vengono ipotizzate alcune competenze trasversali e alcuni assetti metodologici, in particolare focalizzandosi sui concetti di integrazione e complementarità, utili alla valorizzazione delle competenze professionali specifiche e trasversali, così come all’ottimizzazione di qualunque lavoro in equipe.
