L’imprenditoria femminile è uno dei modi con cui le donne possono trovare impiego nella società moderna. Favorite anche da una legislazione al riguardo, sempre più donne pensano al lavoro di tipo autonomo-imprenditoriale come ad una possibile soluzione per il loro bisogno/desiderio di un impiego retribuito e remunerativo. Questa scelta, però, è accompagnata spesso dall’insicurezza per il risultato e da caratteristiche peculiari che abbiamo cercato di indagare attraverso una ricerca che ha viste coinvolte 103 imprenditrici del Nord Italia.

Il passaggio generazionale costituisce un momento cruciale e delicato dell’evoluzione di un’azienda. Questo vale anche per aziende a conduzione familiare. Dal punto di vista psicologico esso vede coinvolte componenti di natura cognitiva, emotiva e sociale che, se trascurate, possono creare conflitti interni alla famiglia e all’azienda da essa gestita. La ricerca, condotta su 60 senior e 60 junior di aziende a conduzione familiare della Provincia di Trento, ha cercato di indagare alcune variabili psico-sociali del rapporto genitori-figli ritenute cruciali in un momento destabilizzante quale può essere il passaggio generazionale.

Il presente articolo espone lo studio di validazione del TAI, il Test di Attitudine Imprenditoriale messo a punto inizialmente da G. Favretto e L. Stefanutti e perfezionato, negli ultimi anni, da G. Favretto, M. Pasini e R. Sartori. Lo studio si inserisce all’interno del filone di ricerca che intende pervenire alla costruzione di strumenti in grado di rilevare nei soggetti la loro propensione ad assumere ruoli di lavoratore autonomo-imprenditoriale.

Multimedia and distance technologies, Internet above all, are commonly used in almost every sphere in which there are some human activities: from school and education to research, from training to work and to spare time. Of course the opportunity of using these technologies needs to be verified. The use must be conformed to needs. The article deals with an experimentation in order to verify the possibility to make use of Internet both for self-assessment and distance learning (e-learning). It shows what has been done so far from the multidisciplinary resources of the Centre, in order to construct information tools for self-assessment and distance learnig.

Among the statistical technique utilized by the Centro Docimologico to as-sess the validity of the selection tools of the students entering university, there are also the connessionist models, the neural networks. One of the main aims of the neural networks is to estimate the parameters of a nonlin-ear regression model. The neural model, after a first step of training by means of a set of patterns, is able to forecast the new values (generaliza-tion). In this work we relationed the students’ academic performance, reg-istered in Motor Sciences study course, with the results they achieved dur-ing the selection test using a multilayer feedforward neural network. The forecasting skill of the model has checked using some patterns we previ-ously excluded from the training sample.

Validità predittiva di diversi tipi di prove d'accesso all'università (di Giuseppe Favretto, Margherita Pasini, Massimiliano Pastore) -ABSTRACT:Three different selection test for matriculation have been analysed in order to verify which type of items better previews university performance. Each test has different kind of items: Medicine test mostly contains items on specific contents in biology, chemistry, physic and mathematics, with few items on logic reasoning and general culture. Law test contains only attitu-dinal items, while Motor Sciences test has a balanced situation between items on specific contents (biological an pedagogical items) and attitudinal ones. In order to confront the tests regressive models have been used with the test score as exogenous variable, and performances in several years like endogenous variables.

Selection tests used in order to control the access to study course in Law of Verona University through academic years from 1996/97 to 1998/99 were analyzed from two points of view: the first approach is about analysis of construct validity, beyond the fidelity of measure, so that to verify if the theoretical structure of the questionnaire is supported by data and if it has been measuring effectively what it means to measure. The second ap-proach of research is about the varify of predictive validity of tests, that is to say the ability to be predictors of academic success. Beside selection test, you can observe the predictivity of other variables, that is to say the gender, the type of maturity, the maturity score and some variables linked to the continuity of the course of studies which is previous to the registra-tion to the university.
