We present a review of the multidisciplinary team Cappuccetto Rosso by examining the cases followed by the team from 1994 to 2006 (206 boys and 361 girls) with emphasis on minors involved in criminal court cases at the Prosecutor’s Office of the Court of Turin (167 children). The high percentage of court filings in the sample examined (64,9%), frequent incidence of non-protection, and the length of the proceedings can negatively impact the young victim. We hope that our work can contribute to models of integration between the different institutions that allow for more adequate and effective care of children.
