The paper examines the regulatory innovations contained in the EU regulation no. 1308/2013 establishing a common organization of the markets in agricultural products, which will apply in the period 2014-2020, and concerning the way of the aggregation either agricultural producers (Producers Organisations) or operators of the agrifood supply chain (Interbranch Organisations), and the discipline regarding the written contractual relations for the deliveries of the agricultural products to the processors or distributors, and the powers of contractual negotiations assigned to PO in some sectors. Regarding these powers, these are analized following the antitrust discipline contained in the same regulation.
