The goal of the change process which isimplementing in the Ligurian Region isthe transition from clinical networks, the"managed clinical networks", based onthe sharing of procedures and organizationalroutines, and from the operatingsystems of higher complexity, the "managedcare networks, "characterized byclinical networks to more governed organizationalforms.The context in which the strengtheningof governance is structured is the RegionalInter-Company Department, whichbecomes - together with the professionaltechnical coordination center - the organizationaltool of strategic planning,inter-company integration and the differentlevels of assistance of health activitiesand social and health care.
