The author deals specifically with two issues: the concept of psychoanalytic process and the work of transformation that takes place within it. In particular, regarding the work of transformation, he mainly examines the vicissitu-des of one of the elements that contribute to making it possible, i.e. the construction within the mind of the analyst of segments of theory in clinical work.
