AB -  <em>Modelli ibridi di partnership pubblico-privato nei progetti urbani</em> - Considering PPP in urban projects, project financing and integrated development programs increasingly share a common economic approch and determine relevant issues as far as the relations with the general planning tools are concerned. Thanks to such urban management tools, local administrations can trade land capital gains with investiments in public infrastructures and services otherwise financed by public funds.
