The paper begins from the consideration that the whole community has to become aware of the necessity to engage in planning and achievement of social interventions, in particular about pedagogical topics, encouraging the development of paths to create a competent community and the possibility of participative planning. Teens, parents, teachers and educators of Lodi province are involved in an action-research to know young context of life, involving protagonists to promote an awareness and shared planning. Results of some focus groups show that there is not intergenerational communication: this is an obstacle to create forms of recognition which can promote family, social or community agreements. The lack of communication determines some problems in intergenerational relationships in which adults are not strong and significant examples and they are not able to live authentic experiences of social generativity.
