In this article we consider the judicial dossiers about migrant families. This introductive analysis about this phenomenon is focused on the following topics: the provenance area, the reason that determined the opening of a dossier, the most represented foreign communities, and the relation with this presence and the number of residents in Emilia-Romagna.
