Psicoeducazione sistemica con pazienti psicotici: da strategia informativa a strategia riabilitativa - The presented study describes a new Relational Systemic Psycho-Educational Methodology tested with psychotic patients, starting from a review of the Expressed Emotion Model and the previous psycho-educational theories. General aim of the study has been to evaluate the actual capacity of a psycho-educational intervention to create a conversational meta-context. This is intended for the co-construction within the group of shared representations and meanings, modifying the individual assumptions and biases. Therefore, the main difference between this approach and the previous models is the huge attention paid at the assessment of group’s members biases about the several treated topics and the evaluation of the capacity of the psycho-educational intervention to influence at this level producing a change. The obtained results demonstrate the possibility of the psycho-educational intervention to be employed with psychotic patients, not only as "information strategy" but also as "rehabilitation strategy" able to produce a "change".
