How to integrate mind and body in eating disorders: integrated treatments and co-therapies in a cognitive-evolutionary perspective - This paper will describe the therapy of a young woman with eating disorder and dissociative disorder. Special relief will be assigned to description and interpretation of some therapeutic factors involved in the so-called "integrated treatments". The theoric view of reference will be the cognitive-evolutionary perspective, with the attachment theory and interpersonal motivational systems theory.
