An analysis of the rate of conflicts in relations in the workplace offers a better understanding of the individual and group dynamics of organisational processes. The dimensions of psychology and of work are projected onto the ability to influence the equilibrium of organised groups. As a result, several different cases of leadership take shape that can be identified as a constant process of construction, using formal and informal mechanisms. Psychological violence is therefore not interpreted as an occasional distortion of equilibrium, but as a more complex variable in the framework of the dynamics of recognition and, in a similar way, the dynamics of exclusion from the group at work.
