‘Feeding Milan’ is a project promoted by Slow Food Italy, University of Gastronomic Sciences and Indaco of Department of Polytechnic of Milan, regarding the vast area of the South Milan Agricultural Park. Objective is to develop a system of services leading to an indepth change in conception of the relationship between periurban agriculture and the City, giving shape to a sustainable food networks, also in view of Expo Milan 2015. The essay analyzes the results of qualitative part of research.
