In this context, also the relationship between learning disabilities and epilepsy is important. We reviewed the data about the link between dyslexia and dyscalculia disorders and epilepsy syndromes both idiopathic and symptomatic. The controversial relationship between these kind of learning disorders and the presence of EEG epileptiform abnormalities was also examined.
