The paper describes a clinical tool: the "Fairy Tale Workshop", established by the Neuropsychiatrist Pierre Lafforgue, realised in the Infantile Neuropsychiatric Ambulatory in Italy (Torino). In the paper we emphasise the following aspects are emphasized: the therapeutic potentialities of Fairy Tales, the structure of the Fairy Tale Workshop, the children’s’ characteristics going through this experience, how the group of children is established and how the parents get involved. As this clinical tool is described, it is also demonstrated how it is used in practice and emphasizes the links between the children’s’ problems and the potentialities offered by this approach. Finally the focus is on how both children and parents can better access such a therapy and how to integrate this tool within a broader therapeutic perspective.
