The purpose of this work is to highlight the importance for psycho-social public services, amongst others, to have room for regular discussions within an interdisciplinary and, where possible, interinstitutional supervision group. This would help build "bridges" between different services and professionals, by joining the resources that different specializations may bring, to create a "system" (a collective mind) that can maximize the capability for insight and, consequently, the quality of the intervention through communication and repetitiveness of sessions.
