L’esperienza del lutto in età evolutiva nel lavoro clinico cognitivo-comportamentale

Il presente lavoro intende illustrare le reazioni, del bambino e della figura di accudimento rimasta in vita, alla morte di un genitore. Si delineano poi le caratteristiche del processo di valutazione e del procedere terapeutico, descrivendone gli obiettivi, il setting, le modalità di trattamento, le strategie e gli strumenti d’intervento. Nel fare questa disamina si pone un’enfasi particolare sugli aspetti essenziali e le condizioni di base dell’intervento cognitivo comportamentale in età evolutiva che potrebbero costituire un’impalcatura terapeutica adeguata per perseguire gli obiettivi dell’intervento sul lutto in età evolutiva ed implementare l’intervento. Infine si descrive un trattamento specifico basato sull’evidenza empirica (il Family Bereavement Program) per bambini e adolescenti che hanno subito un lutto.;
