In the network society, the citizen is more "competent" on health and we are witnessing a gradual overcoming of unidirectional and asymmetric communicative modes by the health care system and its members. When new e-Health services are introduced into an area, such as the Electronic Health Record (EHR), potentially aimed at encouraging the micro-macro link, it is essential to reflect on the communication problems that may arise at the organizational level and at the level of individual professions and citizens. The paper proposes a multi-level and multichannel communication approach in planning communicative actions aim to promote the use of EHR, without generating new social inequalities.
