This paper presents a phenomenological account of the person, interpreted as a transcendental subject constituting in the life-world. The personal habitualities as personal accomplishments are understood as a specific kind of types of experience, which form the pre-intentional motivational background for the analogizing intentions of expectation. In this context phantasy consciousness gains a decisive significance for perception and characterizes itself as a protean, as a transformative function and as an awakening transfer of affection that is constructed according to lawfulness, based on essential needs. The dynamics of affective relief is therefore integrated in the analyses of perception, self-realization, and most of all the intersubjective processes that underlie the constitution of the life-world as our shared world. It thus emerges the sym-pathetic structure of intersubjectivity as a highly emotive structure of dependencies, as asymmetric structure of autonomy, which grounds our personal capacity for bonding and communization. In my contribution I support these insights also referring to psychoanalytic thesis and research results.
