The present work spans through several decades of activity and is dedicated to the training in systemic-relational therapy. It starts from the design and implementation of training experiences in the eighties of the last century, it then considers the broad historical context of change of that period and, the fact that therapy focused on mental distress. Then, the developments allocated to trainings with epistemological changes are considered which coincided with the passing of the first cybernetics, until the affirmation of constructivism and constructionism, generative of a new narrative process. The contribution defines the original aspects of the systemic training and deepens the area of personal training of the relational systemic therapist. The entire commentary is characterized by deep sharing and affection towards Luigi Onnis.
