This paper is going to analyze the difficulties they have come across in building feelings of belonging and identity by meeting a migrant teen. Lisa lives a discrepancy among different identification models and she has been scarred by migration and environmental trauma. The psychic pain has found expression in strict defense mechanisms inside her such as projective identification. The aim of our work was to transform the transcultural risk into a dynamic and creative process. The setting had been a place of hope where we could identify the ongoing cultural transfer, welcome what was not mentalized and introduce a dreamy space.
