Uso clinico dei sogni in psicoterapia cognitiva

L’articolo intende mostrare il processo storico attraverso il quale è stato possibile affermare l’importanza dell’utilizzo del materiale onirico nella clinica psicoterapeutica, nel modello cognitivo comportamentale (TCC). Descrive poi come usare i sogni nell’ambito di una TCC attraverso un esempio clinico.
