Gli interventi su persone con recente o comunque rilevante sto- ria di migrazione rappresentano un ambito di implementation science in cui dob- biamo coniugare una conoscenza approfondita delle linee guida esistenti con un’attenzione specifica al contesto culturale di provenienza. Se da un lato que- sto richiede saper rendere flessibile ed adattabile il nostro stile e le nostre stra- tegie, dall’altro ci ricorda un principio di personalizzazione che dovrebbe esse- re comune a qualsiasi forma di psicoterapia o supporto psicologico. L’obiettivo del presente articolo è quello di definire un frame teorico per lo sviluppo e l’ap- plicazione di interventi cognitivisti con persone che hanno affrontato un pro- cesso di immigrazione potenzialmente destabilizzante.
