L’articolo esamina l’importanza delle strategie sindacali nei processi di cambiamento organizzativo implementati da due società multinazionali che operano nel settore della logistica in Italia. L’articolo è strutturato in quattro parti. Nel primo si discute la letteratura sulle strategie sindacali. Nel secondo si presenta la metodologia e il quadro comparativo della ricerca. Il terzo illustra i casi di studio e li analizza alla luce delle dinamiche di azione degli attori coinvolti (sindacati e imprese). Il quarto esamina i fattori che influenzano le strategie sindacali. I risultati della ricerca sottolineano l’importanza delle strategie sindacali nei processi di organizzazione della produzione e del lavoro. L’analisi di queste strategie, all’interno di un comune contesto istituzionale, contribuisce alla comprensione delle condizioni in cui gli attori collettivi sono in grado di trasformare il contesto macro-istituzionale di cui sono parte integrante.
