The aim of this paper is to propose a descriptive model to identify how the actions imple-mented by schools in response to the "National Operational Program 2014-2020 For the school: Skills and learning environments" with the aim of reducing the risk of abandonment, have succeeded to intercept boys at risk of dispersion and to have an impact on their per-formance and on the relationship they have with the school.
