Public participation, understood as a tool of deliberative democracy, finds new areas of concrete application in the generative dimension of "territorial welfare". In particular, considering the specific theme of corporate and contractual welfare, there are many opportunities to reconvert and enhance local resources, integrating well-being, sustainability and local development. Among the new needs of the workers and the activation of personalized supplementary services, the possibility of introducing forms of participatory planning to business choices emerges: not only rewarding but career management, corporate wellbeing, development of new products, retention of workers, strong relationships with the territory. From some Venetian cases of constructive dialogue between business strategies and social needs, relationships and collaborations are born but need to be structured with the use of decision-making technologies.
