Groups, foundation of social and political realities. The pandemic that has naively taken us by surprise pointed out through social distancing all the socio-relational difficulties permeating the Anthropocene, which is characterized by frantic ways - frantic life -, performance anxiety, solitude anguish, isolation, securitarian tension and fear of the Other, of otherness. The experience we are still going through can be an opportunity of re-analyzing individual and collective lifeways in the name of different and better participation, of a higher awareness of the needs of individuals and community, of a different and advanced relatedness that involves the Self as well as the others - people and machines - the environment and the Cosmos. The present and future challenge is to train to groupality, proximity, and authenticity in every form and manifestation of relationship. The group is the pharmakon, in both its meanings of poison and cure, that, if well dosed, can support an awakening of bodies, minds, thoughts, and actions.
