Multiemployer agreement in the metal-industry sector, generally represents the tendencies of italian industrial relations system. This multyemplyer agreement is therefore important because it closes a longtime break in the most rapresentative trade unions relations. In addition, there are regulatory content that represents an innovation in this area: the strengthening of union participation, the subjective right to employee training, a new structure of wage and implementation of collective bargaining at company level.
