The paper analyses some cases of corruption which, according to a judicial inquiry, took place with reference to the drawing and implementation of the 2009 Master Plan of Desio. These cases of corruption occurred in a context characterized by the presence of the ’Ndrangheta. This analysis builds hypotheses on the main institutional determinants of corruption in the planning domain, and it is an opportunity to raise questions about anti-corruption and anti-organised crime actions in the planning field.
