The journal Esperienze d’Impresa has been founded in 1993 with the aim to provide a contribution to the development of managerial disciplines and business training through the analysis of business experience. For this purpose, the journal has collected over the years the results of research by many academics as well as significant contributions on specific managerial topics. The selection of works to be published is consistent with the mission of the journal rather than on a formal and standardized approach. The guidelines are based on the belief to continuously innovate however following the tradition of Italian business studies whose main points are found in the relevance of the study, in the innovation of results and a correct methodological approach. The biannual journal has two issues per years, with the addition of special issues hosting essay on considerable topical interest. The subject areas of the journal are: strategy, marketing, distribution and retailing, customer satisfaction and loyalty, market research, finance, general management.

The Journal uses a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers are chosen for their expertise. The article will be sent anonymously to reviewers to avoid possible influences due to the name of the author. The editors may decide not to submit the article to any referee in the case it is judged as not relevant, not rigorous or not meeting appropriate scientific standards. Reviewers' evaluations will be sent to the author also in case of negative response.

FrancoAngeli is aware of the importance of ensuring the preservation of digital content in order to increase the visibility and impact of its publications. For this purpose, we are members of Clockss and Portico. They are international associations of publishers and libraries, created to ensure the preservation of electronic academic publications and future access whenever the conditions for accessing the content through other forms fail.
