Crisi della famiglia ed imprese eccellenti. Mito familiare e mito aziendale nelle nuove forme di sofferenza According to the Author’s idea, globalization in Economics ends up to become the origin of new forms of maladjustment not easy to decode for psychotherapists. Understanding these forms of discontent implies the involvement of the professionals in fields and interactions extremely hard to be faced off that impose a full understanding of the complexity of the postmodern labour organization in the worldwide scenario. Within these new forms of organization prevails the weakness of the links among workers, hierarchies and control strategies that are not supported by relationships and dialogue: as a matter of fact these specifications of the labour have consequences on the workers, specifically on the more weak or sensitive of them. The author attempt is to extend the concept of myth as investigated by family therapists to the new forms of organizations in companies and factories: these organizations are rooted in myths and rituals whose task is to enforce their inner and external image. Clinical investigation has to be widened from the relationships among colleagues and coworkers to the characteristics of the business hierarchies and to the enterprise myths in which the patient-worker is involved. Decoding both myths, familiar and organizational, offers therapists a deeper view on the origin of the personal crisis of their clients.
