Learning between narration and life phases. By comparing a "narrative learning" model to the psycho-social-analytical approach, we can highlight the difference between the learning process and the narration itself, which becomes a "reconstruction of the reconstruction", where the specific life phases the interviewees go through, the moments and situations that result in them approaching a personal training path, become important. This leads to the identification of differences and similarities between the reflections of the theories on narration and what emerges from the personal stories of the interviewees. The theoretical model considered seems to remark the discontinuities and crises faced during the learning and strengthening of the individual and of the collective identity. This element is then referred to the theoretical psycho-social-analytical picture and to the training and role-consultancy interventions arising from it.
