This paper focuses on female criminality in all its aspects. We are going to highlight the theories has attempted to explain female deviance. We are going to try to understand the main reasons and dynamics of female crimes. Profiles of women who commit crimes, in fact, differ substantially from those of men: women usually tend to act within the family, killing parents, husbands, partners and, mostly, children, committing infanticide more then other forms of murder. However, another face of female criminality, poorly investigated in literature, that we are going to describe in this paper, is the female perversion and the commission of sexual offenses. At the end, we are going to present the different classifications of female serial killers that generally have a different modus operandi than males. In fact, women are used to show less violent and bloody then men.
