In this paper the problem of Anthropocene is not addressed as an ethical issue but as an effect of the implicit anthropocentrism of a certain way of being human. Anthro¬po¬cene does not pose the question of being more respectful to the environment, rather of ima¬gining a way of being human not based on the dualism that opposes the human subject to the environment-object. Such a possibility is explored through the concept of «cosmological perspectivism» elaborated by the brazilian anthropologist Viveiros de Castro.
