The essay aims to analyse the experience of transnational travels made by representatives of UDI to international congresses and meetings, from the aftermath of WWII to the first half of the 1950s. Mainly based on reports of travel, notes, diaries and press articles, the paper highlights the various individual and collective experiences which enrich women’s mobility. Against the backdrop of the Cold War, the contribute examines delegates’ reports published by Noi Donne, identifying on the use of a specific writing the propaganda purpose of a political mobility.
