This paper offers a perspective on social innovation practices that develop "inclusive learning environments", namely processes of social cohesion induced by the management of spaces for the development of educational services conducted through experimental place-based approaches. The goal of the contribution is to provide insights for a territorial agenda aimed at promoting approaches and organizations capable of expanding the range of educational initiatives and services to complement the traditional ones.
