Hubert Jedin was associated with the Collegio Teutonico del Campo Santo (German College) from 1926 until his death in 1980, under six rectors. During all his stays in Rome, he lived in the Collegio Teutonico: he often stayed there, especially on the occasion of the Second Ecumenical Council of the Vatican.
