The Mediterranean and the Subjectual Group Analytical Model - The Mediterranean can be considered a privileged source of epistemological categoriesbecause its surplus wealth unravels a great, unique range of cognitive possibilities. Particularly,the knowledge produced in the Mediterranean is the knowledge of all knowledge, it isa mixed, reticular, and connective know-how: knowledge that involves different spacetemporaldimensions. It is not by chance that the subjectual group analytical model was actuallyborn in Sicily, the harbour of Mediterranean harbours, a strategic plexus of exchanges,a valuable artistic resource and the place where Hellenic democracy was founded. Indeed,subjectual group analysis describes an articulated elaboration of the architecture of the Self,conceiving man (as he fades into history) to be split into both individual and collective universes.The individual is theoretically described as a bond of a transpersonal network, ofsymbolic connections among the internal and external world, between the past and the present.It is clear that everything is in thematic, historical and anthropological association withthe Mediterranean spirit. By encountering "others", those who are really different, and dueto the landscape’s fluctuation between the past and the present, the Mediterranean has becomeone of the most heterogeneous creative platforms in the world.Keywords: Mediterranean, subjectual group analysis, the other.;
