The constitutional reform in Italy focuses on the possible revision of Parliament and of the territorial governments. So, they are considered the possibility to transform the Senate into a representative Chamber of the regional and local authorities, differentiating structures and functions of the two Houses. While on the second side appears of particular relevance the suppression of Provinces.
