This paper takes its cue from the clinical seminar “Dialogue between psychotherapy and neuroscience: individual and group interventions for taking care of the geriatric patient”, organized by the Palermo branch of the COIRAG School in online mode. In line with the current epistemological reflections related to a concept of care, which is increasingly articulated and complex, the proposed report delved into the knowledge of a multidimensionality of therapeutic and rehabilitative interventions aimed at a population defined as fragile, such as geriatric users; specifically, we are talking about individuals who, although they do not reach 65 years of age, present problems related to memory and/or mood functions (Mild Cognitive Impairment). The reception and management of the demand for help, linked to existential suffering, found a favorable setting in the psychodrama group, which facilitated the visualization and re-translation of one’s own life experiences through interconnections with those of others; aware that a rehabilitative therapeutic project must be able to integrate the neuropsychological approach and cognitive impairment with an ana-lytical key to the patients’ life stories.
